Located at the heart of Nancy and built in 1900, this house is characteristic of The New Art movement and the School of Nancy. Its veranda was finely decorated by the glass artist Antoine Bertin. It is listed on the additional Inventory of Historic Monuments since 1994.
An independent studio is located in an annexe to the main house. A large room of about 322 square ft contains: a 4 ft bed for two people, a drawing room, a kitchenette, a separate bathroom with shower. The garden is shared.
Breakfast can be taken in the veranda which is listed on the additional Inventory of Historic Monuments.
