The reception rooms decorated with richly sculpted gilt wood panels and pier glass, have a double exposure and offer a view on the sea a mere 2 km away. Surrounded by several gardens, moats (fishing is possible), tennis court and heated swimming pool, the castle is also equipped with the Internet, Wifi, satellite.
It can be rented in full;the small cottage, located 50 m away, is also available.

- On the ground floor: lounges, equipped kitchen, dining room
- On the first floor: 5 bedrooms with single or double beds and private bathrooms. Laundry
The cottage, close by, can be rented with the castle or alone according to availability. It can welcome 4 people and has a kitchen and a living room with fireplace and 2 bedrooms with single beds, bathroom.

Aménagés au XVIIIe siècle, les jardins de Courcy doivent beaucoup au climat doux et tempéré du Cotentin.
Ils se divisent en trois parties :
- à l'est, un vaste parterre gazonné est entouré de douves ;
- à l'ouest, une grande avenue donne accès au domaine,
- au sud, on trouve un grand étang bordé de haies de tilleuls taillés et de massifs de fleurs, que jouxte un jardin clos de douves. Il s'agit de l'ancien potager, aujourd'hui transformé en roseraie et compartimenté par des carrés de buis.
Le pigeonnier du XVIIe siècle, de 1000 boulins, a été récemment refait et a retrouvé son échelle tournante.

Les jardins sont ouverts du 14 au 31 mai, du 8 juin au 10 août et du 2 au 22 septembre, tous les jours sauf les mercredis et dimanches de 10h à 12h et 14h à 18h (dernière entrée 17h30)
