The origins of the castle, which owes its name to the former owners, the Ugues, date back to the late 13th century. The two towers which flank the main house, were built during the 19th century, while various extension works were realized.
The Ugues' descendents, the 'de) Raguenel, still live in the castle and will welcome you warmly in the two bed-and-breakfasts, to organize a wedding or seminar, or to make you discover the magnificent park surrounding the house.
